Oregon Grow Units has developed an approved agricultural business park for professional, OLCC licensed, craft cannabis producers (and one onsite processor) in the Portland Oregon area. Located 30 minutes east of Portland we have 20 private acres dedicated to this facility. Our program is designed for production companies to (quickly and affordably) have their very own building constructed, for their specific needs, built upon a leased lot. Up to 60% rent reductions are provided for the first 6 years. Power, natural gas, water, phone and fiber optics are already installed at each lot. New buildings are completed, keys in hand, usually within eight weeks.
Each Building may be 6,900 square feet or 12,600 square feet and may be increased further by connecting multiple buildings under a single cannabis license. Each building site is provided with 480V 3-phase electrical service, 400A to 600A for the small buildings, and 800A to 900A for the large buildings. County land use approvals are granted and permits are in place. Detailed plans and quotes for the buildings are available for review. The buildings may have a completed second floor installed with ZERO RENT on the second floor square footage. This means you could have a 6,900 sq' building and pay approximately $1500 per month in rent, or a 12,600 sq' building and pay approximately $3,000 per month (for the ground lease).
Each tenant receives up to 12-months FREE RENT for construction and OLCC licensing.

Please Note: New Clackamas County regulations regarding restrictions of multiple licenses on one tract do not apply to us. In 2016 and 2018 we were approved to have 60 licensed cannabis facilities and that approval was set in stone with a vested rights determination granted in 2020. We have worked closely with the county since 2015.
